The Implementation Leadership Council is comprised of high-level public and private sector community leaders that include leadership from the City of High Point, City of Greensboro, Guilford County, the Greensboro Neighborhood Congress, the Homeless Prevention Coalition of Guilford County, the United Way of Greater Greensboro, and the United Way of Greater High Point. The leadership council has been charged with:
• Providing strategic direction, oversight, and advocacy for Guilford County’s Ten Year Plan
• Sustaining the vision and momentum of the Ten Year plan
• Setting priorities and evaluating progress
• Creating community partnership action teams
• Coordinating current funding and working to create additional resources for the community
