The Community Partnership Action Teams develop and implement strategies and best practices to end homelessness, inclusive of Guilford County’s 10-Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness and the five objectives identified by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. These teams are working toward strengthening Guilford County’s continuum of care and are essential to the actualization of our vision that Guilford County will be a community that ends homelessness. We encourage the participation of members of the faith community, business community, civic groups and the public to work together for change in our community.
